Michael J. DeCicco, M.D. earned his Doctorate of Medicine at the State University of New York at Syracuse while on a Uniformed Services Health Professions Scholarship. After graduating, Dr. DeCicco completed an internship in general surgery at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth followed by three years as a United States Naval Flight Surgeon. Dr. DeCicco completed his residency in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery at Naval Medical Center San Diego. He served in the United States Navy for ten years with his most recent position as a member of the residency teaching staff at Naval Medical Center San Diego. While on active duty, Dr. DeCicco received numerous awards for meritorious service including the Navy Achievement Medal and the Navy Commendation Medal.

Dr. DeCicco is board certified in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, American Medical Association and the Society of US Naval Flight Surgeons. He practices all aspects of otolaryngology and holds a special interest in disorders of the sinuses.

Dr. DeCicco currently holds active medical staff priveleges at Geneva General Hospital.  He maintains courtesy priveleges at FF Thompson Hospital.

Dr. DeCicco resides in Canandaigua with his wife and three children.
